How it all began

A small village. Two friends. One decision to help.

In a small village, a group of children lived in a settlement on the outskirts, belonging to a nomadic community. They had never attended school — many did not even have basic documents like birth certificates or address proof, making access to education even harder.

One day, a young mind and his friend noticed their situation. They started connecting with the families, building trust, and helping them obtain the documents they needed. Through patience and hard work, they enrolled these children in school for the very first time.

What started as two friends helping a few families has grown into Nirvana Foundation — a dedicated movement bringing education, health camps and empowerment to children across Maharashtra.

Grassroots Impact Spotlight

Enrollment of PADA Students by Nirvana Foundation Volunteers

As part of our commitment to ensuring education reaches every child, Nirvana Foundation volunteers conducted a dedicated enrollment drive for PADA students at Z.P. Marathi Primary Central School, Anturli (Taluka Muktainagar).

Through direct settlement visits, parent counseling, and awareness efforts, our team encouraged and supported families in enrolling their children into formal school. This initiative reflects our core belief that every child deserves access to quality education and an opportunity to build a brighter future.
