Adv. Praful Medhe brings legal expertise and constitutional rights advocacy directly to nomadic settlements. Recognizing that the primary barrier preventing nomadic children from entering classrooms was a total absence of identity documents, he began navigating government administrative offices to secure birth certificates, Aadhaar registrations, and legal identity for hundreds of families.

A graduate of Fergusson College, Pune, Mayur Medhe brings extensive non-profit leadership and community mobilization expertise to Nirvana Foundation. He spearheads day-to-day on-ground operations, mobile health camp logistics, teaching circles, and university volunteer partnerships across Maharashtra. Presently, he is preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination — India's premier national examination for administrative leadership — a pursuit that reflects his unwavering commitment to public service, governance, and social reform.

Growing up with a deep awareness of rural realities in Jalgaon district, brothers Adv. Praful Medhe and Mayur Medhe noticed that nomadic families living on village outskirts were entirely excluded from mainstream education and medical support.
Instead of remaining bystanders, they united their individual strengths: Praful applied his legal training to break through administrative red tape for birth and caste documentation, while Mayur channeled his grassroots organizing experience and passion for community development to establish outdoor teaching circles, medical camps, and student volunteer networks.
Today, Nirvana Foundation stands as a living testament to their brotherly bond and unwavering dedication to grassroots empowerment across Maharashtra.
