By accessing or using the Nirvana Foundation website (including making donations, registering as a volunteer, submitting career applications, or accessing our resources), you agree to the following terms:
- Lawful & Ethical Use: You agree not to misuse this website for fraudulent donation claims, spam, unauthorized automated data scraping, or security penetration without written authorization.
- Authenticity of Information: When submitting forms (volunteer registrations, internship applications, or donation transaction UTRs), you agree to provide truthful and accurate information.
- Intellectual Property: Photographs, case studies, and grassroots reports published on this site depict real community members and field activities of Nirvana Foundation. Reproduction or redistribution for commercial marketing without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Information We Collect & Purpose
We adhere to strict data minimization principles — collecting only what is strictly necessary:
- Contact Form Inquiries: Name, email address, topic, and message to provide prompt support and answers.
- Donation & UTR Notifications: Donor name, email address, transaction reference (UTR / UPI Ref ID), and donated amount to generate and email official donation receipts and acknowledgements.
- Volunteer & Career Applications: Name, email, phone/WhatsApp, city, skills, role preference, and background statement to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Newsletter Subscriptions: Email address to deliver periodic impact updates. You may unsubscribe at any time with a single click.

- Data Retention & Deletion Rights: We retain application and donor records only as long as required for legal, tax compliance, or audit purposes. You may request permanent deletion of your contact data at any time by emailing us.
6. Donation Transparency & Donor Charter
100% of contributions made via our official Central Bank of India account (A/c No. 4107879047, IFSC: CBIN0280665) or UPI ID (202607prtimvhj9z0bnpstqrsbrp@cbin) directly support on-the-ground interventions: school admissions, birth certificate documentation drives, health camps, and emergency nutrition.
